The dictionary defines patience as “the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset”.
Let’s admit it, a lot of us could and should master the art of having patience. Raise your hand if you snap easily with your kids, have road rage, let people get under your skin so much that you want to pull your hair out, or easily get frustrated over the little things.
I used to get frustrated so much and had to always call friends to vent so I can let it out to feel better. One day I was livid all worked up and this wise lady told me “You really need to choose your battles carefully, stop stressing about the small stuff”. At that very moment, something switched up inside me and my perception of life changed. That little statement hit my heart and resonated with me instantly. Since that day I started to tread lightly. My journey in learning about the Universal Laws allowed me to understand more about how life worked. I now understand how to relax and observe things or people in a different way. I stop trying to force things to happen and getting worked up over the small stuff. Learning the art of patience to can bring more success, build healthier relationships with others and yourself, overall improve your well-being, and so much more.
