Everything is energy, frequency, and vibration. If you desire to live a happier life you need to raise your vibration, which is your positive energy. There has to be a change in your frequency for you to experience a new reality. If you complain, rant, judge, or criticize, you are vibrating at a low frequency and will continue to attract more of those things if you can continue in this low-spiraling energy. If you live a life of appreciation, gratitude, or satisfaction you are living in a higher vibration which will attract more things like it for you to continue to feel the same.

Identify High or Low Vibrations

To identify if your vibration is high or low you need to become aware of how you feel at all times, this way you can know how your life is going. If you are vibrating high, you will feel pure joy for no reason but to feel joy, for this is your natural state. It feels like a blissful energy washing over you. If you are moody, irritated, angry, stressed, worried, or running negative thoughts through your mind then you are in a low vibrational state.

Find things you are grateful for

You should have a gratitude practice. Write a list of the things you are already grateful for in your life. Even if you are feeling low energy, doing this can elevate your energy. Everyone can find something to be grateful for, like your basic needs are always being met, just like the roof over your head, or having something to eat today. I know you can find something to feel grateful for.

Meditate

Meditation is a great tool to help you clear your mind and connect with your higher self or inner guidance system. Just like everything else it will take time and practice to get the hang of it. If you are new to meditation you can start by just deep breathing for 5 minutes every day and increase the length of time as you go.

Being of Service

Helping others or being of service can help you to raise your vibration. You get a fulfilling feeling knowing you made someone’s day. When you feel good you feel blessed and want others to feel the same. Giving from a place of love can drastically raise your vibration. Giving can be a simple smile to a stranger or complimenting someone.

Self-Love

Find ways to take good care of yourself. Truly and unconditionally loving yourself can skyrocket your vibration. Your self will love you for that. Romance yourself like no one can, and love up yourself like no one else can. Design and create a self-care practice that makes you feel your best.
